Application Requirements
- Age:All applicants must be at least 23 years old
- Photo ID:Required at submission (driver's license, state ID, or government-issued)
- Application Fee:$40 per person (a married couple pays $80 — no couple discount)
- Income:2.5× monthly rent for single/married; 2× for multiple applicants
- Rental History:Minimum 12 months satisfactory rental history or proof of home ownership
- Credit:5+ unpaid collections = automatic denial
- Employment:Minimum 12 months with same employer preferred
- Occupancy:Maximum 2 persons per bedroom
- Pets:Dogs/cats only, 25 lbs max, $100 deposit, approval required with photo
