Application Requirements

Age: All applicants must be at least 23 years old
Photo ID: Required at submission (driver's license, state ID, or government-issued)
Application Fee: $30 per individual; $50 for married couples
Income: 2.5× monthly rent for single/married; 2× for multiple applicants
Rental History: Minimum 12 months satisfactory rental history or proof of home ownership
Credit: 5+ unpaid collections = automatic denial
Employment: Minimum 12 months with same employer preferred
Occupancy: Maximum 2 persons per bedroom
Pets: Dogs/cats only, 25 lbs max, $100 deposit, approval required with photo
