- 3 Proof of income (2.5× monthly rent for single/married, 2× for multiple applicants)
- 4 12 months of satisfactory rental history or proof of home ownership
- 5 All applicants must be at least 23 years old
- 6 Employment verification (12+ months with same employer preferred)
